I waited for more than one hour for a oil change. My name was not call when the work was done. I had to walk back to the check out desk to ask when my truck would be ready to go, my key were laying there. I had to look for my truck when I went out side. It was on the back row when there were opens up front.
I went in for a oil change, the service was very fast, I can���t say much in the way of customer service at this dealership, everyone seemed very standoffish. We asked a tech if we could go over the service and she told us to go find our car and bring it to them. I went and got a different tech, he is the only one there that is ever nice and welcoming. He looked over and fixed the bolts not being secured on our airfiltwr cover. Glad he checked. Considering last time they forgot the bolts the air filter and everything.

The testing and buying process of a car was a delight with Reeder Chevrolet. Of the few times I���ve bought a car, this was the best experience I���ve had. I believe that when you utilize 100% fully synthetic oil. Your time between oil changes should be more that 3 months or 5,000 miles. It's just that the reminder on my wife's 2015 Tahoe said she was at 7%. When I checked the dipstick it was at its proper level and the oil color was a slightly darker brown. I thought it was too early for an oil change.
