I had an appointment set for 9:00am with your quick lube service but they didn?t get my truck in until a little after 10:00. Not only did I make an appointment almost a week in advance but it?s supposed to be ?Quick? Lube with quick being the optimum word. Plus when I first pulled up to the quick lube it took about 10:00 minutes before anyone approached my truck. Then when I got my truck back someone had adjusted my steering wheel and seat.

It was a very welcoming experience. Akwasi was helpful during my purchase, and very accommodating to scheduling an appointment. He also assisted in getting the accessories I needed for my truck and scheduled a time to have them installed. I was provided with a vehicle at no cost while the seller was completed. I showed up without an appt. (Not somethg I would normally do) I was in Knoxville and just wanted to see if by chance they could do my work. They were super. They did not mention the lack of appointment. Got my work done in a timely manner and got us back on the road! They were Awesome!
My experience with the service department wasn't as good as it has been in the past. The issue I came in with was not resolved first go around and I had to wait to have it reexamined. I understand that this situation really couldn't be helped, but I did feel like no one was in any rush to help since the issue wasn't resolved the first time around. I had stopped on my lunch break to pick up my vehicle which made the wait a bit irritating. This experience wasn't necessarily bad and I will use the service department at Reeder Chevrolet. My experience was just not as "good" as it had been in my past.
