Still a great experience when I come to reeder Chevrolet. Caleb Edmonds Team always does excellent quality work I know when I bring my vehicle in its needs will be taken care of promptly and correctly the 1st time thank you for the wonderful quality customer service
Alan in service always treats the customer well and I have a high degree of confidence in him. Also, Will Reed in the body shop was excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way. I think Reeder would be ahead of the other dealers if they implemented some sort of text status system that would keep the customer informed of progress and could prevent customers calling and interrupting the work flow. Finally, I did not think the cost of services where measurable higher than at a non GM place. I gladly paid more knowing they have experienced technicians and wanted GM parts

I am a disabled Vet and I needed new battery for my C-7 Corvette (4 years old), despite being very busy, they replaced it on the spot. These people have always gone out of their way to give me prompt service.
I arrived early and the appointment I made via the OnStar mobile app didn't show up on the dealership side, but Alex was more than accommodating and was able to get me checked in very quickly. He told me it would take about 45 minutes...it took 43. All of the Service Department staff and even the Cashier were extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. This was an excellent experience.

I usually have a terrible experience with the service department, but this time I didn’t. I can’t remember Jeff’s last name but he was amazing. He’s the first person that actually treated me like a human being. He is the older gentleman that needs To get recognized and teach the others in the service department a few things about customer service. I will only go back if I get to deal with Jeff.

At our appt to get the oil change and tire rotation the service tech brought the cabin air filter in to show us and recommend we change it at that time we told him that just the month before we had put a new filter in the cabin and for the motor and we would just take care of it ourselves. When we were paying for the service my wife noticed they had charged us for a new cabin filter and she paid for everything. Later she told me that we were charged, I was upset about this and called our salesman who we have purchased our last 2 new vehicles from and thankfully he said he would make sure the next time we came in that he would get it reimbursed to us. Thank Brian Hobach for his dedicated customer service even after a sale.
