They kept my vehicle for a day, did not pay attention to what I told them was needing to be repaired and after I returned to the dealership in the afternoon and again pointed out what needs to be repaired they did not work on it for the rest of the day. I lost use of my truck for a complete day for no reason.

The service department was very slow compared to my dealings with West Chevrolet. Your car service flow is poor which causes you unnecessary delays. The desk manager did well. However your service techs left oil smudges on the driver side door of my Truck. Please pay attention to detail and place things back the way you found them

I was exceptionally disappointed with my experience with the finance department at Reeder Chevrolet; however, my salesman, David Proffitt, was top notch! The finance officer that I worked with made numerous mistakes working out deal. These mistakes make me call into question the integrity of the Reeder Chevrolet finance department. I spoke on the phone with the sales manager John. He apologized for the experience but continually made excuses and tried to frame our finance fiasco around the problems being specific to me wanting to buy the vehicle on my own.
