Bought my vehicle from Reeder an had a leak that water was coming in. Service found the source it was my antenna on roof above drivers side. My only complaint the service tech left dirty hand Mark's on my interior. But happy there was no charge.
Came in to get vibration fix at right front. Replaced the axle spindle because the boot was leaking. Seems stupid to not just fix the boot. Cost$300. But still has some vibration. Not as bad. But there. Will drive a lot next two weeks so will know more after.
I came in for 2 things and somehow got back a mile long list my car “needed” but they couldn’t fix that day. They didn’t even call me when my car was ready. Their communication was only there when they were trying to sell me more parts

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm, but waited 1 hour and a half before service was completed. An hour and a half is not acceptable for an oil change when I had an appointment.

The salesman, Akwasi Baah, was very helpful in helping me with looking at & driving vehicles that I thought I might like. He WASN’T pushy or overbearing, he WAS courteous & patient with my wanting to look at & try different vehicles. Best experience I’ve ever had with a salesman. Highly recommend him to family & friends.
I brought a car that I had recently purchased from a private seller in for an oil change and inspection. My service representative sat down with me and fully described their findings and provided a break down of the repair costs. Since this is a second car that will only be used for commuting, I didn't want to put much money into it. He was straightforward with me about the things that were safety-related and the things that could wait. He was even willing to help explain a few of the things I could do myself. In my experience, it is rare that a mechanic will be willing to take the time to explain things, be clear about what can wait (not treating everything like an emergency to get me to spend more money), and provide tips for DIY work. I was highly impressed and will definitely be back!
