I get more and more frustrated with the lack of customer service at Reeder over the past 2 years. This visit I only recognized 1 Associate-the constant turnover and delays have taken their toll on my Reeder loyalty.
Service Dept is GREAT!!!! I have NEVER been able to deal with the sales dept however. On a couple of different occasions, I've inquired about the purchase of a new vehicle, however, I'm not your typical customer. I know what I'll spend, I don't need to drive a NEW vehicle, and they Always want to start high, and haggle. I DON'T haggle.
