Was greeted immediately upon arrival. Car was quickly taken back for service, and complete before I expected it to be. Very good experience at a fair price. Service advisor was courteous and professional.
Everything was wonderful, from the service department that made room for us during our vacation travels, to the quick repairs. The only negative thing I have to say is that when we got back, our local dealer told us that your service department should have told the Route 66 warranty company different information, which would have not cost us the $1,200 out of pocket. So that was a bit disheartening to hear, that it was all in the way your service department described the problem.
Great work! I can't even tell the car was in a fender bender. The timeline was a little frustrating, but I understand it was out of your control, due to parts being required. Even having to call and tell me the timeline, customer service was phenomenal! Thanks for doing the work, and please pass on a good job to the mechanics that did it!
It was very disappointing to get my car back with the interior dash and console componets put together in the wrong sequence causing gaps in the trim pieces. More so disappointing that there was an exact year make and model on site to confirm it was put together incorrect and I was reassured otherwise so I went home and fixed it myself.
