I was pleased with the tires I purchased. The problem I had was when my wife brought our vehicle in, with an appointment, the service dept acted like they had no idea what she was there for. I had also been told the service would take an hour and a half to two hours tops and ended up at three hours and 15 minutes. She was only told they were behind after being asked 2 hours in. If we had know the potential delay on the front end, we could have left the vehicle freeing us up instead of having to sit and wait.
Kevin Watson made us feel very comfortable. That's why we came back the second time and bought new camaro. We have already recommended him to two of our friends and will continue to send customers.
I made an appointment to get a 'recall'(?) repair for squeaking brakes on my 2015 Chevy SS. The repair was completed as promised and everyone I interfaced with was friendly, competent and knowledgable about the situation. It doesn't get any better than this for the customer. Thanks! Oh yeah, the squeaking is GONE. :-)
I was looking for a new Chevy dealership since moving back home to Tennessee after 27 years of being gone. I was very concerned and heard negative feedback about other Chevy dealerships in the area.
