I was not aware that I needed to make an appointment for a leaking tire. When I stopped at the dealership they asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I did not and was not aware that I needed one for this issue. They worked the issue in and called us as soon as it was ready. What a great bunch of guys.
The service adviser was rarely available for an update. My cruze overheated on the way to vacation and was towed to Reeder's on Friday by 9 am. I spoke to the adviser, he told me my car had just arrived, the technician will look over it and he would give me a call back in a hour or 2. Couple of hours go by, no word on the status of my vehicle. Call around 1130, I was told he wasn't available, he's at lunch. Called back an hour later, he wasn't available again 'he must be at lunch'. Returned my call around 1 pm, had no update for me other than 'we have scheduled appointments that come first', we will diagnose your car once we are done with the appointments. Finally get a call around 430 Friday regarding the diagnosis and was informed my vehicle could not be addressed until the following Monday. Morale of the story is, provide your customers, especially those who are stranded with better, more timely information. Your lack of communication cost me an additional 250 dollars to extend my rental vehicle. Which warranty only covers the labor hours associated with the repair, not how long it actually takes the repair to be completed. The fact that the service adviser basically prompted me to give them a 10 out of 10 on this survey was astonishing. Since the work has been completed my AC no longer works, so yet another problem.
No nonsense debating over the difference, cost, or trade appraisal. Having sold cars in the past, This was a Pleasant And unexpected Experience!! Josh and the Sales Managers were Awesome!! Dean in Finance was most Efficient and Respectful to my wishes and personal preference in the choosing of the Best Lender for me!!!!!
I brought my truck in to get the oil changed and fix a air bag recall. It took 2 hours to service. No one gave me an estimate of how long it would take at the start. It would have been nice if they would have given me an estimate.
I went to the dealership for an oil change because I got a coupon in the mail, and I have used Reeder Chevrolet to get oil changes and car repairs before. I also got an estimate for another repair after the oil change. They honored my coupon and the customer service was amazing. I will always use Reeder Chevrolet for all of my car service/maintenance needs.
